Your guide to understanding the condition and functionality of our devices.

At First Class Mobile, we ensure that every device is tested and graded for both cosmetic appearance and technical functionality. Our grading system makes it easy for you to choose the right device for your needs, whether you’re looking for something that feels brand new or a budget-friendly option with a few signs of wear.

From like-new to budget-friendly options, here’s how we grade our devices.

Grade A+: (Like New/Excellent)

Cosmetic Condition:

  • Indistinguishable from a brand new phone.
  • No damage on the body or panels.
  • Completely wear-free. 

Technical Condition:

  • Fully tested and functional.
  • Battery retains 70% capacity or more.
  • Software in original state (not jailbroken).
  • Clean ESN/IMEI with no user locks (e.g., no iCloud lock, FRP).

Fall-out Rate*
5%.
Grade B+: (Good)

Cosmetic Condition:

  • Moderate wear, noticeable scratches, or minor dents.
  • Surface-level damage that doesn’t affect usability. 

Technical Condition:

  • Fully Functional but may have minor issues (weaker battery, slow button response).
  • Battery retains 70-100% capacity.
  • Clean ESN/IMEI, no software locks.


Fall-out Rate*
5%.

Grade AB: (Good/Fair)

Cosmetic Condition:

  • Moderate wear, noticeable scratches, or minor dents.
  • Surface-level damage that doesn’t affect usability. 

Technical Condition:

  • Functional but may have minor issues (weaker battery, slow button response, one or more function fail, etc).
  • Battery retains 70-100% capacity.
  • Clean ESN/IMEI, no software locks. 



Fall-out Rate*: 5%.

Grade C: (Working but Cosmetic Damage)

Cosmetic Condition:

  • Heavy wear, including visible cracks, deep scratches, or dents.
  • Significant cosmetic damage.  

Technical Condition:

  • Key functionality is operational but may require repairs.
  • Battery may need replacement soon (below 60% capacity).
  • Clean ESN/IMEI, but expect more frequent issues. 
  • Can have damaged LCDs.
